Why is recruiting and retaining for a job vacancy so difficult these days?

  • Receiving resumés that do not meet the qualifications of the job posting
  • Hiring someone only for them to leave after a short period of time because they found another job
  • Having to offer a higher wage just to keep an employee from leaving
