BC Centre for Ability is proud to be the lead agency for Foundry Burnaby, one of the newest Foundry centres being developed in British Columbia. Working alongside a diverse group of community partners, BC Centre for Ability is helping bring Foundry's integrated youth services model to Burnaby.
Foundry provides free and confidential supports for young people ages 12 to 24, including mental health, substance use, physical and sexual health, peer support, and employment, education and community services. These services are available through Foundry centres across BC and through Foundry's virtual services.
We are working closely with Foundry BC and community partners as planning for Foundry Burnaby continues. We look forward to sharing updates, including location information and opening timelines, as they become available.
Frequently Asked Questions
Foundry Burnaby services will be offered for all young people aged 12-24 years living in Burnaby and surrounding areas, and their families or caregivers. While we work on developing the new Foundry centre here in Burnaby, youth and families can access virtual services through the Foundry BC App from anywhere in BC.
