How to use the Candidate Screening Checklist:

  1. Fill in the Job Title
  2. Think of what the employee in this position has to do on a daily basis.  Focus on the tasks, and not educational qualifications or work experience.
  3. For each candidate, evaluate whether they can perform the duties of the job line by line, and click either the “Yes” or “No” checkbox.
